1. As soon as you register you will automatically receive a payment receipt.
2. Our team will check you “Property Listing Form”, then contact you and guide your through the steps.
3. Once your “Property Listing Form” is completed and inspected by us, your advertisement will go live on Next Pad and within 24hrs on all other property portals
4. All enquiries from potential tenants will be passed to you by email and text message. We can also contact you by the phone too. You can then contact them and organise viewings in your own time. With your permission we can also give your contact details to potential tenants, so they can also contact you directly.
5. When you think you have found the right tenant/s, you can change your listing status to ‘under offer’ and contact Next Pad to carry out the Reference/Credit checks. If the tenant has a problem during the reference check or the letting does not go through for any reason you can relist the property for free, until let.
6. After successful completion of reference checks, you can either use the Next Pad Assured Short-hold Tenancy Agreement or you can use your own Tenancy Agreement.
7. Once the property is let your listing will go ‘private’ ready to be used in the future when it becomes available again.
