3.         We handle tenant enquiries, you get to meet tenants and show them around

4.         We'll take care of the tenant referencing and administration.

5.         We'll collect and register the deposit.

6.         We'll collect the first month's rent, pay it to your account and set up a standing order directly to your account for the subsequent months' rent.

7.         You'll be kept fully informed at every stage of the process.

A property Photographs:  A professional photographer will be arranged to visit your property and take exquisite shots of your home. We will choose 8 of the most eye-catchy shots and send them to you for your approval before adding them to the listing.

A property Floor Plan: We will arrange for you the floor plan which you can keep. Floor plans are commonly used by professional rental properties.

A Valuation Report for rental or for sale properties: You can put your own price or you can check through website and we will provide you with the valuation estimates.

Next Pad Letting & Sales Boards: we will provide you with a letting board and we erect it on 5-7 working days.

A Property Advertisement:  Your property will be advertised in UKs largest letting network including Rightmove, Zoopla, FindaProperty, Globrix, and many more including a huge range of local sites.

A Tenant Referencing: For every adult on the tenancy agreement a comprehensive tenant reference report is provided. Tenants are charged at a rate of £50 holding fee, which also guarantees commitment to the tenancy.

Tenancy Agreement: We will work in deliberation with you to create the right agreement for your needs.

First Rent Collection: We will arrange the first payment from your tenant, passing it into your bank account. The Deposits will be registered with Deposit protection scheme (DPS) and future rental payments automatically would be transferred from the tenant account to your account, so you will receive the balance on time every month.

1. Click the ‘Full Letting Service” button and add your property by selecting “Add New Property”.

2. You will need to complete the “Property Listing Form”. You will need to add property details, specific features of property, property photos and transport links. The current description, including the rent price can be adjusted at any time either through your account or by contacting us on 0207 249 5233.

3. Once you complete the “Property Listing Form”, save the relevant details and log out. The price for your Full Letting Service is £300, and it will be advertised until let.
